    Yes it is, made in England but mostly used in the Netherlands. It was called The Iron Nurse. Pretty good model, only the roof is not completely correct.

    The Iron Nurse is a Land Rover SIII 109 with a Marshall body.
    (Ex) Dutch Army
    The scale is 1:1... Not a scale model.

    So the roof on Caramama/Hongwell model is not original and also the redcross on this roof is missing.

    I have a model 1:18 ambulance (handmade) with all the spec. details. Very rear! and not to sell!
